- Insurance Production Data: Policy details, carrier information, premium amounts, commission data, and client information that you enter into the platform.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and device tokens for push notifications (with your permission).
- Usage Data: Features accessed, daily stats submissions, and general app interaction patterns to help us improve the platform.
- Authentication Data: Login credentials (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text).
How We Use Your Information

- App Functionality: To power your dashboard, commission calculations, leaderboard rankings, daily stats, and production tracking.

Data Storage and Security

- Argon2 password hashing
- Fernet encryption for sensitive integration credentials
- Session-based authentication with automatic expiration
- Account lockout protection against brute-force attacks
- Regular automated backups
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information only in these cases:
- Insurance Carriers: Policy and production data may be shared with insurance carriers as necessary for policy processing and commission tracking.
- Your Agency: If you are part of a team, your manager may see your production data (policies, commissions, daily stats) as part of normal agency operations.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order.
Data Retention
We retain your account and production data for as long as your account is active. Activity logs are automatically pruned after 90 days. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, though anonymized production records may be retained for agency reporting purposes.

- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Data Portability: Request an export of your data in a common format.

Life Pros is a professional tool designed for licensed insurance agents. Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
